Jackie Rees, MPA, is our Sr. Specialist for Clinical Faculty and a key member of the department’s Faculty Workforce team. This role is central to the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing workforce management of clinical attending adjunct faculty across multiple University of Utah clinics. Jackie brings extensive experience in operations, human resources, faculty workforce, and full-cycle recruitment within academic and medical settings. She has led hiring processes, coordinated HR and Faculty Workforce compliance, and streamlined onboarding workflows. Jackie holds an MPA from Northeastern University, a BS in Psychology from Weber State University, and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Utah. In her free time, Jackie enjoys documentaries, visiting museums and local festivals, and searching for the best taro milk tea.
