About Me
LaShelle Mann, MBA, is the Academic Faculty Workforce Operations Manager for the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine (DFPM) at the University of Utah. In this role, she leads the Faculty Workforce (HR) Team and oversees all aspects of faculty human resources, including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, advancement, and offboarding. She works closely with department leadership, University Human Resources and the School of Medicine to ensure alignment between departmental goals, institutional policies, and faculty affairs initiatives. LaShelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Weber State University, along with certifications in Contract Management and Human Resource Management. Her passion for education, people development, and organizational excellence is reflected in her extensive experience in higher education. Outside of work, LaShelle enjoys traveling, Reformer Pilates, and spending quality time with her family.
