1) Be formally matched with a department mentor, 2) Arrange annual team mentor meetings, 3) Receive peer mentoring, 4) Receive mentor training, 5) Receive research professional development, and 6) Connect with research resources across the university. Mentees will be asked to use mentoring tools, such as Individual Development Plans, Grant Writing Self-Confidence Self-Assessment, Mentor Mapping, etc.
