GME Wellness Office

  • Services are not connected to your insurance benefit.
  • Services are fully confidential and not recorded in EPIC.
  • There are three therapists: Rob Davies, Ph.D., GME Wellness Director, Katie Stiel, LCSW, M.Ed., GME Wellness Manager, and Erin Gibson, LSCW, MPA, GME Wellness Specialist.
  • All three are available for individual or couples work at no cost.
  • Access appointments by contacting GME Wellness Coordinator, Amy Armstrong

Crisis Services

  • The HMHI Crisis Line (24/7) is 801-587-3000.
  • Physician Support Line is 888-409-0141 - staffed by volunteer psychiatrists specifically for physicians & trainees; call for any issue M-F 8am-12am ET
  • National Crisis Text Line: Text START to 741-741
  • The HMHI Crisis Assessment Center (CAC) can be reached 24/7 at 801-587-3187. Adults or children can be evaluated for MH/SU issues by appointment or walk-in. However, the HMHI CAC is NOT an emergency service; go to the nearest Emergency Department for any life-threatening emergencies.
  • HMHI Warm Line: 801-587-1055
  • National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call/text at 988 or 1-800-273-8255
  • SafeUT App: Chat or phone call for free, confidential services
  • Go to your nearest ER or call 911 if it is an emergency and you are experiencing active suicidal ideation
  • If you are in crisis but it is not emergent, please contact the GME Wellness office to access services through GME.
