Mountain West Transforming Care Conference

Join us for a 3-day conference in picturesque southern Utah, where LGBTQ+ affirming providers gather to blend education with community bonding and personal renewal. Next year’s conference will focus on education and residency training and will apply to both primary care and mental health providers.

1. Complete the registration request form (If you have never attended the MWTCC, please send a current CV or resume to mwtcc@hsc.utah.edu)

Registration requests will be reviewed in the order received. Notification of payment and next steps will be communicated before April of 2025.
