The Mountain West Transforming Care Conference is a regional interdisciplinary conference that brings together primary care providers, advanced care clinicians, mental health providers, and more to advance the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ communities.

CME/CEU Information
We regularly provide continuing education credits through the American Academy of Family Physicians, Utah Psychological Association, and National Association for Social Workers-UT Chapter. Number of credits available is determined on an annual basis.
