Emily was born and raised in Beaver, Utah. She Completed her Bachelor's degree in psychology at both Utah State and Utah Valley University in 2022. Emily first jumped into healthcare after volunteering to do recreational therapy with residents at a long term care center. She really enjoyed being able to contribute to the care and treatment of patients. That experience led her into the EEG field, and she joined the UEI class of 2023 and is now a R EEG Technologist at the University of Utah Hospital.
Emily has a dog named Casper that she enjoys exploring the beautiful state of Utah with. Her other hobbies include watching scary movies, playing games, and entertaining her eight nieces and nephews. She is happy to be a part of the EEG and UEI team. Go Utes!
