Erik has 15 years of experience in research spanning both patient care and operational roles. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in research finance, accounting, and operations, including research operations, budgeting, and pre- and post-award work. He brings extensive experience supporting pharmaceutical and large NIH/NCI Phase I–III sponsored clinical trials across diverse disease groups, including Neurology, Oncology, Cardiology, Pulmonary Critical Care, Pediatrics, and Physical and Occupational Therapies.
His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Society, and Policy. Outside of work, Erik enjoys running, hiking, and rock climbing, and spending time with his spouse and two basset hounds.
