About Me
Isaac has been a member of the Headache Physiology Lab since January 2021. His primary responsibilities include 1) developing the lab’s capability to utilize miniature fluorescent microscopy for neuronal recordings of awake, freely behaving mice; 2) using custom-made chambers to simulate mice living at various altitudes, which is a known factor influencing migraine prevalence; and 3) employing two-photon microscopy for in vivo recordings of calcium and glutamate activity in the mouse somatosensory cortex. He recently graduated from the University of Utah and is currently applying to medical school.
