U-POWER is currently host to three individual research projects. Two projects include community-engaged research by interdisciplinary research teams that seek to advance TWH among immigrant and low-wage worker populations in manufacturing and long-term care settings, while the third explores occupational health discourses about the role of power work equity through literature review, using text analysis and bibliographic methods.
