    Why Utah?

Utah has a strong operative experience in every sub-specialty, with incredible academics, both in the clinical and basic science domains. The amount of effort the chairman, program director, and faculty invest in the residents is unique and noticeable. My co-residents are incredibly smart, talented, and humble. On top of all that, Salt Lake is one of the fastest growing cities in the country; access to incredible mountains, low cost of living, and a beautiful, clean city make it an ideal place for resident life.
