    About Me

I grew up in suburban NJ before soccer brought me out to MN for undergrad. After finishing my mathematics degree at St. Olaf College, I came back home for medical school at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, which was interrupted by a year of pediatric spinal deformity and cerebral palsy research at Columbia University.

    Medical Areas of Interest

Adult and pediatric orthopaedic trauma notably of the lower extremity, foot and ankle pathology, periarticular fractures, patient reported outcome measures.

    Interests & Hobbies

Playing soccer, exploring new places, coffee, wine, cooking, NYT Crossword, a good book, running, list-making.

    Why Utah?

The Orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Utah is second to none. Every department is well-represented, with an enormous catchment area and amazing operative experience. Dedication to resident training, quality patient care, and strong support for research make the program a truly well-rounded training environment. Additionally, Salt Lake City is an amazing city for exploring the outdoors.
