  • About Me

    Dr. Daniel Harter grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. Prior to starting medical school in 2015, he first worked as a Peace Corps. Volunteer in Cambodia, where he served as a healthcare extension agent and spoke at the training graduation after having received the highest grade on the language proficiency exam in the program’s history. He followed his time abroad working in the private sector as a clinical research coordinator and as a systems administrator for a tech company in Colorado Springs. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2019, and matched into the Pathology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he gained and developed a love for gastrointestinal pathology. When not at the hospital, Daniel is an avid swimmer, loves spending time with his wife, new baby boy, and his two dogs. He looks forward to returning to the high mountain air of Utah and the joy of hiking and time in natural beauty.
