I am originally from Carmel, Indiana, and received my bachelor’s degree in Biology from Indiana University. After college, I moved to the southeast coast and attended medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in beautiful Miami, Florida. I was delighted to match into my General Surgery Residency at the University of Iowa.

Why Utah?

While interviewing, I knew that the University of Utah felt like it would be an excellent fit for me. Not only would I be able to excel in vascular surgery training, but I would also be able to enjoy the many outdoor activities that Utah has to offer. During my free time, I enjoy skiing, CrossFit, scuba diving, and attending concerts.
