    Likely trauma/critical care, working internationally to train surgery residents in low resource settings, working in healthcare policy to make systems more patient centered and provider friendly

    I chose Utah because:  Residents are well supported, high operative volume, global surgery opportunities, and close proximity to the great outdoors
