About Me
I was born and raised here in SLC and spent the majority of my time growing up playing in the mountains. I was the kid who was frequently "sick" anytime it snowed more than a foot. I went to the University of Utah for my undergraduate degree and majored in kinesiology. At the same time, I started working at Primary Children's Hospital and worked nights in the emergency room, which is where I found my love for medicine and my desire to become a physician. I married my amazing wife Rachel, then soon after moved to St. Louis for medical school. We were incredibly fortunate to match back to Utah for my residency and we could not be happier to return to the mountains.
