About Me
I grew up in Canada playing hockey and fostering my love for the outdoors in Northern Ontario. I figured out late during my undergrad degree that I was interested in medicine, specifically EM. As a result, I barely got into medical school in Michigan and tried to make the most of it. I've hoped to go out west for residency since day 1 and couldn't be more excited about being at the University of Utah. I figured that med school would be a great time to adopt my first dog and haven’t looked back since. I think EM is the most humble specialty and the emergency department is a place where we can make a true difference in our patients’ lives. I’m humbled to join the ranks of my amazing fellow EM colleagues and excited to call Salt Lake home!
