Why Utah?
The people! After my interview and in-person visit I immediately knew that this was the environment I would want to train in. All the faculty and residents are incredibly kind and supportive, fostering a positive surgical culture. The early and robust operating experience is amazing. Other significant draws were the proximity to home in Montana and the incredible opportunities for outdoor recreation year-round.
