About Me
Luke was born and brought up in India. He received his Bachelor of Science in Botany and Master of Science in Biotechnology (Molecular Biology) from the University of Madras, India, with a specialization in DNA fingerprinting. In 2007, he received a full scholarship to complete his Ph.D. Studentship in Medical Science from Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. In 2011, Luke joined as a postdoctoral fellow at Andrology and IVF Laboratory, University of Utah School of Medicine, Utah. He has been involved in scientific clinical research for 15 years and has published more than 50 publications. Currently, he is working as a research coordinator at the Division of Vascular Surgery, University of Utah School of Medicine.
During his free time, Luke enjoys being outdoors and loves hiking, backpacking, rafting, fishing, hunting, and camping. He regularly practices and competes in tournaments with Olympic recurve archery. One of his goals is to visit all the national parks, and so far, he has visited 40 of the 63 national parks in the United States.
