About Me
Nkemdirim Ugochukwu is a rising second-year medical student at Howard University College of Medicine. She graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She is also a graduate of GeorgeSquared Advanced Biomedical Sciences Program and holds a Master of Science in Physiology from Georgetown University. Nkemdirim's vast clinical experience and exposure working among surgeons sparked her interest in pursuing surgery as a medical specialty with an interest in healthcare disparities and finding ways of achieving equal access and equity for patients.
