Dr. Elmoazen is originally from Egypt and moved to the U.S. after high school. She completed her undergraduate degree program in New York majoring in Biology, then completed pharmacy school at the University of North Carolina. She also completed her PGY-1 Ambulatory Care residency at the University of Utah.
