Our goal is to grow and develop expert educators and leaders in Emergency Medicine Medical Education through education theory, curricular innovation, and collaborative scholarship. This will be accomplished through six main domains including: Leadership and Administration, Professional Development, Didactic Curriculum, Teaching and Scholarship, Assessment, and the Master’s Program. The two-year program will include a combined Master’s Degree in Health Professions Education from the University of Utah. By the end of the program, we trust our fellows are set up for a successful, enriching, and fulfilling career in Emergency Medicine Medical Education.
