About Me
Guilherme was raised in the south of Brazil. He graduated cum laude from the University of South Santa Catarina – UNISUL, Brazil and went on to complete a neurosurgery residency at the Neurological Institute of Curitiba – INC, Brazil. During his residency, he spent some time at the Universitätsklinikum Tübingen, Germany, and also at the Baptist Neurological Institute/Lyerly Neurosurgery in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was later hired and completed a clinical fellowship in Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery. His main areas of research are cerebrovascular, endovascular, and skull base neurosurgery.

Interests & Hobbies
Guilherme enjoys tennis, basketball, soccer, ping pong and movies. He is interested in learning how to ski.
