    Interests & Hobbies

When not at the hospital, Dr. Nadel enjoys spending time with his wife and son, skiing, hiking, and exploring Utah.

    Why Utah?

There are many intangibles about the University of Utah’s Neurosurgery Residency Program that make it special. The teamwork, camaraderie, and kindness among the residency class provides an excellent community in which to work and train. The breadth and depth of cases and research opportunities allow residents to find their neurosurgical home and push boundaries. Salt Lake City is a beautiful place to live with numerous opportunities for recreation outside the hospital. And being from Colorado, it is wonderful to be closer to family and friends at home.
