Join U-POWER for our second annual community conference on April 13, 2023! This year’s theme is “Collective Action to Advance Total Worker Health” to help us explore connections between research and advocacy, how Utah can learn from collective action in other states, and what resources can help us advocate for healthy and equitable work. Our keynote speaker, Anthony Tenney, will launch the conference by discussing his advocacy for healthy and sustainable work and how community members can take action. Attendees are invited to share their thoughts and experiences about healthy work in Utah, check out workshops that offer tangible tools to advance Total Worker Health, and learn more about U-POWER research and community grant opportunities. There will also be networking time and a performance from a local community artist group. A light breakfast and box lunch will be provided.
