About Me
Dr. Crystal Lenz hails from the great state of Colorado where she was born and raised. She earned undergraduate degrees in Molecular Biology and Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She then attended medical school in Tennessee, followed by a general surgery internship in Dayton, Ohio, where she met her husband. Following internship, she elected to pay back her military service commitment as a general practitioner and flight surgeon for the US Air Force. This experience took her to Hurlburt Field, Florida, Okinawa, Japan, and finally back home to Colorado Springs where she transitioned to the Reserve component and continued to serve as a flight surgeon on a part-time basis while completing an AP/CP residency and raising her four young children. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys camping, hiking and playing with her children. As a family, they look forward to exploring all of the nature and beauty of Utah!
