Why Utah?
I was so impressed on my interview day at The U of U. By far, the residents were the happiest, friendliest, and most genuine I had come across on the interview trail. It was also very clear to me that the faculty were dedicated to providing quality education and training, in the setting of a resident-focused environment. The motto, “Never worry alone,” perfectly sums up the program’s commitment to a supportive, responsive atmosphere. The combination of a strong academic program and authentic collegiality, all within the beautiful setting of Salt Lake City, made it easy to make The University of Utah my number one choice for Psychiatry Residency.
