Why Utah?
I had the opportunity to work at UNI for a number of years before medical school, so I knew firsthand about the overall quality of the people in the Psychiatry department and I always anticipated wanting to return here for my residency. Following a visiting student rotation last year and the interview process a few months later, I knew that the choice was still a no-brainer. The U offers excellent training, working alongside genuine and talented people, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of the program!
