    Interests & Hobbies

    Outdoor activities of many kinds (hiking, camping, backpacking, fishing, etc.), reading, writing, live music, board and card games, and traveling. I seem to keep picking them up so the list just keeps growing. I am always ready to try something new or go explore because the world is a big place with so much to discover.

    Why Utah?

    More than any other program at which I interviewed, the residents here seemed happy, passionate, inspired, and welcoming. On top of this, the program felt like a rare balance of high quality academic training paired with a real sense of dedication to resident wellness. It felt like a good fit for both my personal and professional goals and my interview day left me feeling excited about the prospect of matching here. Plus, you just can't beat Utah when it comes to access to the great outdoors.
