Why Utah?
Even before my interview, I had my sights set on Utah’s program because of its reputation for having genuinely happy and collaborative residents. Salt Lake City also provides the perfect environment for pursuing my non-academic interests – there’s even a trail within feet of our psychiatric hospital, HMHI. I feel so lucky to get to spend the next four years training in such a supportive and friendly program.
