About Me
Dr. Jonathan Cree trained at Oxford University. He received his medical degree from St. Thomas’ Hospital and completed his residency at the Charing Cross Hospital in London. He has served on faculty at UCLA and became the director of the ISU Family Medicine Residency Program in Pocatello on 1996. Since then the program has graduated over 100 residents with more than 70% of those graduates that have settled in rural practices. Dr. Cree is passionate for educating residents in full spectrum Family Medicine and in assisting the underserved in Pocatello and Southeast Idaho. He has had an integral role in developing the University of Utah Psychiatry Rural Idaho Track as he continues to be an activist in bringing all branches of medicine to Southeastern Idaho. Dr. Cree and his wife Holly have two children, both of whom are physicians. In addition, he was a national level athlete in England and shares an avid interest in downhill skiing, an interest that is shared among all his family members, including his grandchildren.
