To request use of SPARC Visualization Services, please contact Rebecca LeFevre. There is no fee for an initial consultation, which must be kept under one hour. Initial consultations will consist of a brief discussion of the researcher's needs and establishing expectations. Discussion of project details usually requires an in-person meeting.
There is a $50 hourly fee associated with Visualization Services. Estimates will be provided after the initial meeting based on the expected number of hours to complete the project. Researchers can use the same funding mechanisms that they would use for other SPARC services.
SPARC Core Faculty receive a credit of 20 visualization hours per year. Hours do not roll over.
In the past, Visualization Services have been used for:
- Grant schematics and aims descriptions
- Scientific and medical illustrations
- Flyers and PowerPoint presentations
- Visual abstracts and posters
