How to Apply

To apply, send the following to UtahEMfellowships@hsc.utah.edu (please put Wilderness Medicine Fellowship in the subject line)

1. Letter of Intent/Personal Statement
2. CV
3. Three Letters of Recommendation

We accept applications from physicians that are residency-trained in emergency medicine that will be EM Board-eligible or Board-certified by the start of the fellowship (except for unusual circumstances).

We begin to accept applications on July 1st for the following year. Top applicants will be invited to interview with us in the Fall.

The fellowship will begin on August 1st and conclude on July 31st.
