Utah END Institute

Welcome to the Utah END Institute!

UEI is a training and educational program for neurodiagnostic technologists. It is a subsidiary of University of Utah Health at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Those enrolled in the Institute receive specialized clinical training in recording the electrical activity of the nervous system. Technologists learn to operate various instruments and equipment. They develop skills and techniques to provide the best quality neurodiagnostic studies available.

The program and its staff are dedicated to excellence, quality care, and exceptional patient service.

Accreditation

The Utah END Institute’s In-Person Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of CoA-NDT and is eligible for Pathway I testing for the R. EEG T. from ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation. The Online Correspondence Program is a Current ABRET Recognized Formal NDT/END Program and is eligible for Pathway II testing for the R. EEG T. from ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation.
