Our lab focuses on biomarker development using Computational Pathology. We generate data from pathology slides using machine learning and AI in collaboration with the Institute of Scientific Computing.  At the Huntsman Cancer Institute, we pursue a hypothesis-driven analysis of cell states and tissue architecture. Our goal is to develop cost-effective and easily deployable digital biomarker assays for cancer treatment decisions.
