About Me
Utah born and bred! Every step of the way (college, medical school, residency) I keep telling my family I am moving away for fresh new experiences and every time I don't do it. Utah is just too wonderful. When I decided on the combined program I didn't find any pediatric or psychiatry training that fit me better AND was in a city I wanted to live in. I do all the standard Utah things -- skiing, snowboarding, camping. However, my favorite activity is West Coast Swing dancing and outside of the San Francisco stronghold of WCS dance, the Salt Lake City community is impressive and is going strong! I social dance locally then compete for WCS all over the country. In addition to traveling for dance, I love international travel in general and the airport accessibility here is clutch. So, if you don't find me skiing or camping on my days off, I've jetted off somewhere to dance!
