About Me
I was excited about Utah because of proximity to the mountains and all the outdoor activities. But what really sold the program was the residents and faculty and how close they were! I could see the “family feel” at Utah and knew it would be a supportive atmosphere. I knew I wanted to explore global health and medical education as part of a future career, and at Utah I knew I would be able to explore both with great mentors and opportunities. Outside of the hospital, I am looking forward to trying local restaurants, road tripping to national parks, and upgrading my outdoor gear... There may even be a puppy in my future!
