The Smiling Mind, free: This app was created by psychologists specializing in adolescent therapy, and is simply designed. This app can help to increase a sense of calm, clarity and contentment. Users simply begin by answering a questionnaire on their emotional state and then follow meditation exercise prompts.

However, it can be difficult to meditate, especially for beginners, whose continuously chattering minds can stop them from thinking they are getting anything from the meditation.
