Global Public Health Hosts Online Cooking Classes

In celebration of the University of Utah's observance of the International Education Week, November 16-20, Global Public Health held a series of online cooking classes reflecting the food and culture of the four locations where Global Public Health has outreach and development activities: Peru, India, Ghana, and Korea. Participants joined a special Zoom call where a member of the Global Public Health team took them through recipes step by step. A grocery list for each dish was provided prior to the event and videos of the cooking instructions have been uploaded to the Global Public Health website.
