The mission of the Division of Public Health is to advance the scholarship of promoting and protecting the health of communities in Utah and around the globe. For our mission of scholarship to be effective, we must collaborate with partners who utilize knowledge to impact the public's health directly. Whether it is through research supported by the National Institutes of Health, engaged scholarship working with community partners, partnering with state and local health departments, or working with medical delivery systems, our role is to create, share, and support the implementation of public health knowledge.
