Independent Study

The independent study contract must be completed and returned to the academic advisor before a permission code will be distributed for registration. The contract requires an outline of the objectives of the study, a summary of the topic, papers/projects planned to be completed, reading lists, and designated meeting times with the faculty mentor.

Core Course Waiver/Substitution

The core course waiver or substitution is used to facilitate a potential course waiver or request for core substitution. Please complete the form in its entirety with the appropriate supplemental documents and signatures.
