U-HELM was co-founded in 2018. The co-directors provide leadership for the program, including strategic guidance, design, implementation, and evaluation. Not only do they use their connections and resources to make many sessions and guest speakers possible, but they also have a pivotal interest in each U-HELM Fellow.
