Ms. Tilley is the program administrator of VERITAS Oncology. It is her personal goal to ensure a positive work environment and meet the needs of our team. She comes from active duty military where she served as a command, control, communication, and computers intelligence officer. Since her departure , she has focused on her medical background where she began as a CNA 20 years ago working for a skilled nursing facility. Adding onto those skills, she became an MSA and continued working for the DOD for 7 years. She has built clinics in Fort Hood and Fort Bliss Army Medical Centers. This experience gave her the motivation to complete her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Information Technology. Ms. Tilley then received her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, in order to be a better manager and lead effective teams. She has been with the VA since 2014 and has a great understanding of the system.
