Jennifer Patton, PharmD, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Pain and Palliative Care at the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Patton is a recent transplant from the VA Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee where she worked providing intensive Veteran centric symptom management for Palliative and Hospice patients for the past decade. Dr. Patton has served on regional and local committees involved in Pain Management and Palliative Care. In 2018, she was one of the recipients of the 2018 Under Secretary for Health Excellence in Primary Practice Award.
