Dr. Drasatos is a Professor of Pharmacology at the Center for Translational Medicine, the Center for Metabolic Disease Research, and Alzheimer's Center at Temple at LKSOM. His lab's research aims to elucidate the mechanisms that underlie cardiac dysfunction in diabetes, sepsis and ischemic cardiomyopathy from the metabolism point of view.
