About Me

Navid received his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Weber State University in 2017. Prior to joining PARCKA, he worked as a Contact Tracer for the University of Utah for 2 years, as well as working at Ben Lomond High School as their Community Service Coordinator. Upon graduation in 2017, he worked at Youth Impact, a non-profit after school program for at-risk youth located in Ogden for several years in Athletics and teen mentorship, where he has gained many of the tools he uses today by helping those with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and trauma. He is passionate about helping others through community advocacy, diversity, and equality. He is first generation American born with his mother being born and raised in South Korea, and his father from Iran. He enjoys spending time playing sports, traveling, and collecting sneakers.
