How do I know if LIFT’s services are a good fit for my team?
If there are communication or systems processes you feel could be improved within your team, LIFT lab services can help. We create on-site simulations that mimic a familiar team process, then debrief what went well and what could be improved. Simulation is a chance to make mistakes in a low-stakes environment in order to improve those same processes that are crucial in high-stakes situations
How much do your services cost?
Our cost is based on the type of project. Are we consulting? Are we helping to design? How many participants? What kind of simulation? Do we need to travel to work with you? Please contact our Lab for more information. You can also fill out a Collaboration Request Form and we will get back to you.
How long does a simulation training last?
Simulation training is often coupled with teamwork exercises. Trainings can be short (1.5 hours), half-day (4 hours), or full/multi day. Each collaboration is unique. Training length can be adjusted based on the nature of the simulation and number of participants.
How can I get more information about a potential simulation?
Let’s chat! For more information, please fill out our Collaboration Request Form.
What happens once I submit a request for collaboration?
Once a request is submitted, a member of the LIFT team will contact you within 2 business days to gain a better understanding of your needs and expectations of simulation. Our entire team will then review the details and respond with estimates on price and training length.
Can I help create the scenario for my team?
Absolutely! As you know your team best, we will work closely with you to establish goals and outcomes for your training. Your input is critical to the success of our collaboration.
