     Licensure
​​​           Your Utah Medical License is renewed every 2 years. You need to be able to produce evidence of 40 hours of CME each time you renew - if you get audited. 
           CME records are also needed for re-credentialing at Intermountain and the University. 
 
​           Create an account on Intermountain Healthcare Cloud CME to document your Intermountain-based CME. You​ can print CME transcripts from this site.

The Curriculum Vitae (CV) is maintained via Mission Based Management (MBM) contains all details of your professional profile, including education, licensing information, memberships, positions/titles, presentations, publications, and all other activities undertaken during their professional career.

Your division's administrative assistant can help maintain and update your CV in MBM, so if you would like help with this task, please reach out to your designated administrative assistant. If you are not sure who that is, please refer to the list found on the intranet here, or ask your division's manager
