Residency/Fellowship Training

Pulmonary faculty assists in the training of pediatric, med-peds, and transitional residents. Contact with these residents occurs both in the inpatient facilities at Primary Children's Hospital as well as in outpatient clinics.

Many residents take a one-month pulmonary elective or selective in pediatric pulmonary, where they evaluate patients with various pulmonary and sleep disorders, both in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Although currently, there is no fellowship offered in Pediatric Pulmonary, there is a one-year fellowship offered in Sleep Medicine.
