The University of Utah Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences Faculty Mentoring Program aims to support junior faculty in identifying career goals, developing strengths, and cultivating wellness.  

This opt-in program pairs interested faculty mentees with a career mentor with similar interests. Flexible mentor/mentee relationships are encouraged, with meetings recommended on an ongoing basis to discuss short term and long term goals, current projects and challenges, and work-life integration.
