Dr. Larry Kraiss is the leader of the Clinical Trials Section and helps to coordinate these activities for the University of Utah Department of Surgery.  

2020 Achievements

The University of Utah and Dr. Larry Kraiss (principal investigator) were chosen to lead an investigative site for an SBIR grant through Sonavex, Inc. with collaborator, National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) for a project called “Automated Ultrasound Flow Monitoring for Maturation of Peripheral Arteriovenous Fistulae  (AVF)”.
